About Ken

Ken Worley, photographerHusband, father, photographer. My family often calls me “Mr. Smarty Pants” because I tend to make jokes about everything. Problem is, I usually laugh at my own jokes more than anyone else does. I love old cartoons and can relate almost everything in life to a cartoon character. My family says I laugh exactly like Muttley the dog; could this be a coincidence, or too many years cartoon-watching?

My portrait specialties are high school seniors, and corporate photography. I don’t believe in boring portraits; I want to create portraits that reflect who YOU are as an individual, and I enjoy the challenge of finding creative ways to do this.

My wife Jamie is a maternity, newborn, and boudoir photographer. Together, we are Worley Arts Photography.  Jamie and I each have our own portrait specialties, but we also shoot a limited number of weddings each year. We serve the Atlanta area, but we are willing to travel and have our passports ready to go!

I’m one of those people who loves a good challenge. If someone tells me I can’t do something, I’ll probably do whatever it takes to prove them wrong. I’ve given myself a number of personal photo challenges over the years, so, in addition to posting about sessions, I use my blog as a place to post these challenges. Right now, I’m doing my third photo-a-day project, this time calling it Project 366.

Thank you for stopping by. Feel free to contact me with questions, to set up a meeting or phone consultations, or to schedule your session.
